Flying on a Sunday afternoon

For the 1st time in ages managed to have a quick fly of my Blade kite. Up at Epsom Downs, not much wind - so plenty of running around!

Just keep pedalling!

3rd day in a row cycling home on my new fixed gear bike. Got the speed sensor working and Heart rate monitor working now - as you can see I'm working hard most of the way - and I get up to about 30.5mph at one point which is 140rpm pedalling!

Its a Pista EOM from Condor Cycles, special paint job, Goldtec Hubs, Mavic Open-Pro wheels. Extremely fun to ride! Commuted back from London yesterday (13.5 miles) laughing most of the way.
